Fee Schedule

CONSULTANT shall be compensated at a rate of $150.00 per hour worked and billing accepted by CLIENT. Work for the project will be performed on an hourly basis. Deposition and Trial testimony will be compensated at $250.00 per hour.

As additional compensation, CONSULTANT shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable travel ($75.00 per hour, if required to travel more than one hour from office) and other project related expenses.

Payment Schedule: Progress payments shall be due CONSULTANT 30 days after receipt by client, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Indemnity: Any liability for errors and omissions shall be limited to the sum of fees paid CONSULTANT on a per project basis.
