Construction Defect Card Game

Buildings rot - it’s a matter of fact rather than a matter of time.

Defects like leaking roofs and windows, breaking insulating, concrete cracks, unfinished finishes and many more wait to be discovered before warranty ends. However, it’s not only the buildings’ age, but the result of increased planning and cost pressure. Even new erected buildings can be deficient.

But there’s help! Most common planning and building defects can be trained in the “Mängelquartett” (a playing card game like “Happy Family”, typically with cars) – a game designed by the German architectural practice “karhard architektur + design”. Have fun. Once started, you won’t stop compiling snagging lists wherever you are..

Too bad this game is in German..
